On June 16, representatives of Smart Strategies and Development (SSD) and Wyndham Garden Astana spoke at HoReCa Expo Kazakhstan 2026 on the topic: “Generation Z Service: How the Rules of Hospitality Are Changing”.

During the session, Arman Tenbayev and Mira Nurtazina shared their perspectives and practical experience in working with next-generation teams.
