Smart Strategies and Development (SSD) Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Investment Partners from the Kingdom of Bahrain

As part of their visit to Kazakhstan, a delegation of potential investors explored the investment opportunities available in Astana and the Shchuchinsk-Burabay Resort Area, one of the country’s leading tourism destinations.

The delegation included representatives of prominent business circles from the Kingdom of Bahrain, including a member of the Board of Directors of Ebdaa Microfinance Bank, a member of the Commercial Committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as executives of international companies with extensive experience in implementing investment projects.

During their visit to Burabay, the delegation was introduced to three hospitality assets managed by SSD: the operating Wyndham Garden Burabay resort hotel, the premium Mystery Lake Park Hotel, and Dolce by Wyndham Burabay, a new hospitality project scheduled to open its doors in 2027.

Following the meetings, the parties agreed to continue exploring opportunities for joint investment initiatives. The possibility of organizing an additional visit by a larger group of investors from the Gulf region, as well as hosting an international investment conference, is also under consideration.
